Getting married... wedding flowers for May
So you’re hair is already damaged. What can you do now? Cut your hair short? Wear cap? Always tie your hair to prevent others from noticing it? Go to salon?
Well, if you have the money… you can go for the last option. But if you don’t, it’s not the end of the world… here are some tips you can consider.
- Moisture is important for a healthy hair. When you’re hair is damaged, most probably your hair lacks moisture, causing it to look dry and stiff. You can use conditioner regularly. After a couple of hours exposure to sun and you feel your hair is dry, you can bring along with you a leave on conditioner you can use to get your hair back in shape.
- Find a shampoo that is mild enough for your hair. When your hair is already damaged, it is better if you won’t use harsh chemicals because it will only cause more damage.
- Have your hair trim regularly, most likely once every month or every two weeks. If you have split ends, you can have your hair trim to remove the bad ends.
- Protect your hair from sun damage. Wear cap or apply conditioner with sunscreen whenever you have to go out.
- Avoid using blow dryers and hair iron for a while. I know this may not be prevented but if you can minimize using it, it can help your hair recover.
