You must have heard a couple of times that your eyes are the windows to your soul. Whatever you have deep within you esp those strong emotions, your eyes show it all. But what about actors and actress who are trained to act, can they fake the reflections you see in their eyes. How true is this saying? Is this applicable to all? When can you tell that what you see is true?

The answer is simple, is it based on how you know the person.
Your judgment whether what you see is real is more likely to be true when you really know the person. They can try, they can fool others, but not you. You will always have the feeling if it is genuine or not. I know the most effective people who can say that this is true, are the parents. No matter what their children are going through, they can tell it by simply looking in their eyes.
So next time, when you look someone in the eyes…when you are trying to assess if what you see is true, ask yourself first, how much do you know this person. Based on how you know her, you can evaluate and weigh things.
