Many of us consider tanned skin to be a symbol of beauty…Here in my country it is a true Filipino beauty; however, the porcelain doll look has been popular for centuries in Asian countries and is now considered equally beautiful. If we want to have a whiter skin, different whitening products can be found in the market.

Here is a few tips to maintain a healthy rosy white skin

  1. As we all know, the harmful rays of the sun can cause skin darkening. Protect your skin from the harmful rays of the sun by applying a sunblock cream with at least SPF of 15 on a daily basis, even on overcast days.
  2. Avoid too much sun exposure, even if you have sunblock cream. If you cannot prevent it, then apply sunblock more often.
  3. Whiten your skin by using an facial mask and moisturizer with gentle bleaching properties. There are different facial masks that can be found at the leading department stores.   4. Take a daily supplement of Vitamin C and Vitamin E. Vitamin C and E are high in antioxidants, helping your body to repair and replenish your skin.
  5. Eat healthy food and drink lots of water. Fruits and vegetables will make your skin healthy and radiant.
  6. Exercise regularly.
