We all want to pamper ourselves… The problem is, sometimes it is too expensive or we don’t have enough time. But do you know that you can pamper your feet without having to go to a spa parlor or spending too much. A simple steps to give your feet a special treatment right at your own home.

What you will need:

warm water, milk, lemon, oatmeal, lotion, large bowl

Steps:

  • Mix the water, lemon and plain milk together.
  • In a separate container, Add the oatmeal into 1/4 cup of water for 10 minutes or until oatmeal softened.
  • Mix the softened oatmeal and lotion together.
  • Soak your feet in milk, water and lemon mixture for 15 minutes.
  • Massage the oatmeal and lotion mixture in your feet to ex foliate
  • Rinse with warm water and dry with towel
