Yesterday, I was buying some stuff at HBC Kalibo when a salesman approached me introducing their products. I really find it friendly and I enjoy trying their testers. I ended up paying P700 (around $15) and then the cashier told me that I can enjoy my free diamond peel because I reached their promo amount which is P500 (around $11) and a product from Hortaleza M.D..
Of course I got excited so I asked for my schedule. She instructed me to come back today at 4 p.m. and bring my receipt. I arrived at around 3:45 p.m. and after a couple of minutes, I am already lying in their derma bed. It’s not my first time to have that service and the experience is so disgusting. The attendant that I overheard called by her co employee as Che pricked carelessly and she keeps on talking to her co-employees while giving me her FREE service. I ended up asking her to stop pricking and proceed with the next procedure.
She made face and told me that she should finish it or I can stand up and go home! The nerve! What i did was stand up and immediately wipe my face with tissue. I was really mad when 1 customer told me that she also had a disgusting experience with Che.
I appreciate the Free service of HBC for their customers but I believe they should also train their employees well. Its really disappointing.

diamond peels are safe, and works like a microdermabrasion process to resurface a fresher skin tone.

@HBC Customer Care
I thought of doing it. But I’m not that bad to cause her misfortune, so just thought of sharing it here. Anyway, this incident happened in October 2009, I’m not just sure if its in the same date I’ve posted it, because sometimes I got too tired that I save it in drafts and continue it after few days. Anyway, I think they still have the record for October 2009. Just let me know if I can be of help.
By the way, Im an HBC member ever since and enjoyed your products very much. But I think I wont go for another FREE Facial/Diamond peel again.
