Every mother knows to use a high SPF sun block and baby hats to protect the baby from the sun, however a sun canopy added to your stroller can add a good bit of added protection without worrying about reapplication of sun block or having the baby constantly pulling his or her hat off.

One of the best and highly regarded stroller manufacturers in the world is Bugaboo. They make some of the most coveted strollers on the market today. They also manufacture sun canopies that are compatible with their strollers. A very popular model is the Bee Breezy canopy. This has a UV reflective cover and screened vents for good air circulation to the baby. It is specifically designed to fit the Bee stroller and costs about fifty dollars. Bugaboo also makes a similar version of canvas with mesh vents. This version comes in many colors including black, blue, tan, orange, pink, and red.

Another, more inexpensive option is the UV stroller shade produced by RayShade. This canopy has been designed to fit onto a wide variety of stroller makes and models. It has 50 SPF sun protection, is water resistant and even has many pockets and pouches for easy storage of cups or bottles. The canopy is made with polyester and spandex material and has various straps and hooks which makes it easy to fit to almost any stroller. One of the best features is the fact that it only costs less than twenty dollars.

If you purchased a stroller that is already equipped with sun protection, you may find that they are often not sufficient to protect against wet weather, which can pop up at any time. A good thing to keep on hand is a rain shield. This is a thin piece of clear plastic that is designed to fit on most strollers and protect the baby from any summer showers. It will also protect the child from wind and cost anywhere from ten to twenty-five dollars depending on the size and model of your stroller.

Many new parents think that a good stroller will come with everything needed to protect their baby from the sun, wind and rain. However, it is not always the case and therefore a small investment in a sun canopy and rain shield can help make walks with your baby more comfortable for the child and more enjoyable for the parent. Check out the available accessories for your stroller of choice and be sure to add them to your registry.

Who doesn’t want to possess the cheeks that looks like a rose petal? Although you can go to some facial center and get some treatment, but for sure it will cost you arm and leg. So if you want to have rosy cheeks without spending too much, there are several ways. I have read a lot of tips on how to achieve a rosy white skin. Some say that you should eat an ample amount of tomatoes, some say you eat carrots. I am not sure how effective these tips are, but i have my own way in achieving rosy skin. Actually, the answer is right at your home.

Here is what I do:

* I wash my face at night with soap and water.
* I mix raw sugar with oil and scrub it lightly to my face.
* Apply some moisturizer to your face.
* I mix milk with 2 drops of calamansi (lemon) and water and put it in an ice tray and let it freeze overnight in the freezer.
* In the morning, I rub the frozen milk and water on my face and voila! I have a rosy skin without the make up.
* After rubbing ice in your face, remember to apply some moisturizer to your face. This will help in making your skin soft and smooth.

To sum it all, the secret is by rubbing ice on your face. Try it and see how effective it is.

Good luck!
